Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using hotellobbyai.ai or the Hotel Lobby AI Chrome extension (together, "Hotel Lobby AI"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Hotel Lobby AI.

2. What Hotel Lobby AI does

Hotel Lobby AI turns two photos into a short AI-generated video of two performers in an orange studio booth, with an AI-generated song. It is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Quavo, Takeoff, Migos, their labels or COLORS, and it does not use their recording, their footage or their likeness.

3. Your photos and your responsibilities

You are responsible for the photos you add and for what you do with the videos. You agree that:

  • you own each photo or have permission to use it;
  • every person shown in a photo is okay with appearing in the video;
  • you will not upload photos of children unless you are their parent or guardian;
  • you will not upload photos of public figures or of anyone else without their permission;
  • you will not make or share videos that are sexual, hateful, harassing or threatening, or that are meant to deceive people about what a real person said or did;
  • you will not use Hotel Lobby AI to break the law or anyone's rights.

You give us permission to store and process your photos, and to pass them to our video generation provider, only to make and deliver your videos.

We may refuse a photo, remove a video or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

4. Your videos

We don't claim ownership of the videos you make. As far as we hold any rights in a video, we give you the right to use it for any lawful purpose, including commercially.

Videos are generated by AI. Results vary: performers may not look exactly like the photos, and details can be wrong. Whether an AI-generated video is protected by copyright depends on the law where you live, and we make no promise that it is.

5. Music

The song in each video is generated by AI for that video. It does not contain the original "Hotel Lobby" recording. We can't promise how any platform will treat a video you post, and we are not responsible for posts being muted, limited or removed.

6. Free videos, plans and billing

New accounts may get free videos, in the number shown in the studio. Free videos are limited each day across the site and may not always be available.

Plans give you a number of videos per billing period. Plans are billed through our payment provider at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the paid period. Refund requests made within 7 days of a first payment are reviewed case by case; write to [email protected].

A video counts against your allowance only when it finishes successfully. Failed videos are not counted.

7. Limits

To keep the service working for everyone, we limit how many videos can be in progress at once and how many an account can make per day. We may change these limits.

8. Copyright and likeness complaints

If you believe a video made with Hotel Lobby AI uses your photo, your likeness or your work without permission, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to find it. We will review it and remove the video where appropriate.

9. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hotel Lobby AI. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it, use automated tools to generate videos in bulk, or use it to build a competing product.

10. Availability

Hotel Lobby AI depends on third-party AI models and services, which can change or become unavailable without notice. We work to keep it running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed or removed.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Hotel Lobby AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the quality or accuracy of generated videos, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profits, or for any action a platform takes on content you post. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using Hotel Lobby AI at any time.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
